8. Talking & Communication

• Clients may talk or stay quiet as preferred.

9. Preparation for Massage

• Arrive hydrated, showered, and wearing comfortable clothing.
   
• Avoid heavy meals immediately before the session.
   

10. Group or Specialty Sessions

• Wait times during group sessions can be spent relaxing, hydrating, or enjoying other partnered services (like nail techs or wellness mini-treatments).
